The Challenge:

A new first of its kind Investment Bank was being set up in the Middle East, needed support in conducting a comprehensive recruitment drive to ensure the success of the business within a tight timeframe.

The Solution:

Working in partnership with CEO and COO to establish a world class recruitment function tailored to the specific needs of the new entity. This included sourcing top talent both locally and globally, with a focus on recruiting Investment Banking experts.

The Result:

The launch of the new bank saw the successful recruitment of 76 hires to date, including the Front Office Banking team, complete with policies and procedures designed to comply with local market regulations and requirements.
