The Challenge:

One of the world’s leading and fastest growing hospitality brands was embarking on an ambitious expansion plan involving multiple openings of new sites across Europe.

The Solution:

Our mission was to scale all head office departments: Executive Team, Operations, Architecture and Design and Senior onsite Department Heads, plus Operational Leadership roles. We were also responsible for collaborating with the organisation to enhance their employer branding strategy, approach to diversity and inclusion and salary benchmarking projects for each new location opening.

The Result:

Five years later, the Group has evolved, and has been through its own acquisition. We now support the acquiring business and all its operations, providing the technology and expertise needed to promote the company and its values in a highly competitive market.
